Entrevista a DJ Lean Rock

R. Encuentro tiempo haciendo tiempo ...

¿Quieres volver a Bolivia?
R. Un día con suerte...

Este año vas a estar tocando en el Battle Of The Year International.

  1. Hello, what is your name, a.k.a. and ¿What do you do?
My name is Lean Rock, I am a bboy and a dj

¿How do you find time for everything? B-boying, DJing, Diggin, modeling and college
I find time by making time... Organizing my schedule so that I can get things done right.
There is plenty of time in the day, Sometimes you can't sleep.

¿According to you what needs the Bolivian B-Boying?
Bolivian bboy scene needs more time, I think people were on the right path, they asked a lot of questions, they were interested to know about the foundation of the dance, its an intricate dance.
It's tough for many to be creative, it's tough for many to learn the right technique and form for different moves.

¿What did you think about the Hip Hop movement in Bolivia?
I think it's sort of at it's beginning stages, there is a lot that you guys still need to learn and improve on.
There were definitely some talented mcs and bboys that i seen, i didn't really get to hear too many djs while i was out there, and the writing needs some improvement.

¿Do you want to return to Bolivia?
    One day hopefully..

This year you gonna be playing in the Battle Of The Year International. ¿How did you take that new?
I think this is the biggest accomplishment for any dj in the bboy scene, so it mean's a lot.
When i was growing up the playlists of the event was just as prominent as the battle itself, people used to spend years trying to find out all the tracks that were used in the battles.
Nevermind many great djs have blessed the event such as Leacy, Z-Trip, Swiftrock, Billy Brown, Forrest Getemgump.

    Thanks Lean ¿any shoutout?
shoutout to my hip hop peeps all over the globe.
